  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 item
  • egg - 1 item
  • finely grated potatoes - 4 item

How to make halushki:

Mix all together, making a slightly thickened paste. Place mix on a dish and scrape off in about nickel-sized amounts into boiling water. Stir occasionally.

Cook cut up cabbage and onions in butter or oleo until lightly browned. Add to dumplings.
