Guacamole dip
Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
- Monterey Jack cheese, grated - 8 oz
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- large tomato, diced - 1 item
- can refried beans - 1 item
- large sour cream - 1 item
- juice from 1 lemon
- large can black olives, sliced - 1 item
- large can chopped chilies - 1 item
- medium to large onion, diced - 1 item
- large can jalapeno peppers, sliced sprinkle juice - 1 item
- avocado ripe, mashed - 1 item
How to make guacamole dip:
Use 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan or baking dish. Mix beans and taco seasoning. Spread in bottom of pan. Then layer next 5 items. Mash avocado with fork; mix in mayo and lemon juice. Spread in pan. Next, put diced tomato; top with cheese. Chill for at least 6 hours. Serve with traditional Tostitos or other dip chips. Makes 20 to 30 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Salads.
