Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- lemon - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
- avocados - 3 item
- Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- taco seasoning - 1 item
- can refried beans - 1 oz
- small can black olives - 1 item
How to make bean dip:
Spread can of refried beans on bottom of baking dish. Combine mashed avocados, lemon, salt and pepper, sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Spread mixture on top of beans. Layer chopped tomatoes, black olives and Cheddar cheese on top. Place in oven at 350° long enough for cheese to melt. Serve with tortilla chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Beans.
