Ground beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can mushrooms, undrained - 1 oz
- buttered noodles - 1 item
How to make ground beef stroganoff:
In a large skillet, melt margarine. Add meat, onion and garlic. Cook until meat is brown. Drain off grease. Stir in flour, then add soup, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes over heat. Stir in sour cream. Heat to serving temperature. Serve over buttered noodles. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Stew.
