Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- quick cooking rice - 1/2 c
- chopped bell pepper - 1/3 c
How to make spanish rice:
In skillet, cook beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic until vegetables are tender. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Side dish.
