Ingredients/Components
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small green pepper, diced - 1 item
- stuffed olives, sliced - 1/2 c
- tomatoes - 4 c
- small cans tomato sauce - 2 item
- uncooked noodles - 1 c
- small can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
How to make ground beef casserole:
Heat oven to 350°. Saute meat and onions in a little shortening until light brown and crumbly. Drain off the fat. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Place in casserole. Bake 1 hour. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
