Grilled ham steak

Ingredients/Components

• lemon juice - 1 tsp
• mustard - 1 Tbsp
• apricot preserves - 1/4 c
• sprinkle of cinnamon - 1 item

How to make grilled ham steak:

In small pan, combine the preserves, mustard, lemon juice and cinnamon. Cook and stir over low heat, about 3 minutes. Put ham steak on the prepared grill. Grill over medium coals for 10 minutes per side. Brush with glaze during last few minutes.
