- lime juice - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- sliced green onions - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 2/3 c
- red wine - 1 c

- can consomme - 1 1/2
How to make grilled flank steak:
Trim excess fat from steak. Score on both sides in 1 1/2-inch squares. Place in large shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Stir well. Pour over steak and marinate 8 hours, turning occasionally. Drain steak, reserving marinade. Grill over medium coals 7 to 9 minutes on each side, basting twice with marinade.
