How to make grilled flank steak:
Sprinkle steak on both sides with garlic powder. Prick with fork. Place in shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Cover and marinate 8 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally. Remove steak and grill over coals for 7 to 9 minutes on each side.
