Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- dry red wine - 1/2 c
- cloves garlic, pressed - 3 item
- flank steak - 1 lb
- shallots, chopped - 2 Tbsp
How to make grilled flank steak:
Place flank steak in a large shallow dish. Combine wine and next 5 ingredients and pour over. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight. Drain steak. Sprinkle with garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Grill.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
