Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 6 c
• onions, chopped - 2 qt
• white vinegar - 1/2 gal
• mustard seed - 1 tsp
• pickling salt - 3/4 c
• green tomatoes, quartered - 6 qt
• red bell peppers, sliced - 1 c
• hot pepper, chopped - 1 c

How to make green tomato pickles:

Bring to a boil. Add vegetables to boiling liquid and cook until vegetables change color. Put into jars and seal.
