Green pea salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 5 item
- mayonnaise
- frozen green peas - 2 pkg
- bacon, fried and drained - 1 lb
- or 6 green onions, chopped - 5 item
- fresh spinach or lettuce - 1 item
How to make green pea salad:
Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with spinach or lettuce. Cook peas in boiling water 3 or 4 minutes until slightly cooked. Take off and drain. Put peas in ice water for 10 minutes. Drain. Combine peas, chopped eggs, chopped onions, mayonnaise and sugar in mixing bowl. Toss well. Pour over lettuce.
