Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • allspice - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • cloves garlic, chopped - 3 item
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • green beans
  • medium tomatoes, chopped - 4 item
  • lamb or beef, cubed - 2 lb

How to make green bean stew:

Place meat in pot. Cover with water; let boil for half an hour, skimming broth. Wash and cut beans. Add to meat and cook until meat is tender. Add onion, tomatoes and spices. Fry garlic in butter; add to beans. Cook until beans are tender. Serve with fluffy rice.
