Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- allspice - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- cloves garlic, chopped - 3 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- green beans
- medium tomatoes, chopped - 4 item
- lamb or beef, cubed - 2 lb
How to make green bean stew:
Place meat in pot. Cover with water; let boil for half an hour, skimming broth. Wash and cut beans. Add to meat and cook until meat is tender. Add onion, tomatoes and spices.
