Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 4 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- large dill pickle, chopped - 1 item
- vinegar or pickle juice - 2 Tbsp
- crushed dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- cooked green beans, cut in 1-inch pieces 1 large can Double Luck green beans is perfect, drained - 3 c
How to make green bean salad:
Combine the vinegar, salt, dill weed and mayonnaise. Pour over green beans, eggs, onion and pickle. Stir gently. Chill and serve. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, Green/yellow beans.
