  • cups flour - 4 item
  • Tbsp sugar - 1 item
  • 3/4 cup shortening - 1 item
  • 1/2 tsp salt - 1 item
  • Tbsp vinegar - 1 item
  • egg - 1 item
  • cup water - 1/2 item

How to make great pie crust:

Mix first 4 ingredients with fork. In a separate bowl, beat next 3 ingredients; then add to first. Stir with fork. Chill 15 minutes. Makes dough for at least 3 pies. Can be kept in the refrigerator or frozen.
