  • Ritz crackers - 20 item
  • cups water - 2 item
  • cup sugar - 1 item
  • tsp cream of tartar - 3 item
  • chunk of butter - 1 item

How to make mock apple pie:

Boil first 3 ingredients for 2 minutes. Add 20 Ritz crackers, boil 1 1/2 minutes more. Remove from heat-add chunk of butter and cinnamon. Cool. Put in a regular 8-inch pie crust. Bake 20 minutes at 425°.
