  • jar marshmallow cream - 1 1/2
  • Oreo pie crust - 1 item
  • mint extract - 1 tsp
  • light whipped topping - 2 c
  • to 6 drops green food coloring - 4 item

How to make grasshopper pie:

In a large bowl, stir whipped topping into marshmallow cream. Stir in mint extract and food coloring. Fold in chopped mint wafers. Spoon onto Oreo pie crust. Freeze at least 4 hours.
