Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- coconut - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- nuts - 1 c
- raisins - 1 c
- honey - 1 c
- nonfat dry milk - 1 c
- sesame seed - 1 c
- sunflower seeds - 1 c
- wheat germ - 1 c
- oatmeal flakes
- bran or wheat cereal - 1 c
- cinnamon to taste optional - 1 item
How to make granola:
Mix in large bowl the oatmeal, wheat germ, nuts, coconut, cereal, sunflower and sesame seeds and milk. Mix well. In another bowl, mix honey, oil, vanilla and cinnamon (optional). Mix into cereal mixture. Bake at 300° for 15 minutes. Stir and bake 15 minutes more. Add 1 cup raisins.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Grains, Granola and porridge.
