Graham cracker fluff
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- cold water - 1/2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- envelope unflavored gelatin - 1 item
- egg yolks, beaten - 2 item
- cream, whipped - 1 c
- egg whites, beaten - 2 item
- graham crackers, rolled fine - 16 item
- browned butter - 1/4 c
- Mix together sugar, milk, egg yolks and pinch of salt
How to make graham cracker fluff:
Soak gelatin in water. Mix together sugar, milk, egg yolks and pinch of salt. Boil 1 minute and add soaked gelatin and vanilla. Set in a cool place to thicken but not harden. Then add egg whites and cream. Mix altogether with gelatin mixture.Crust:3 Tbsp. brown sugar1/4 c. browned butter16 graham crackers, rolled fine Line a dish with the crumbs (bottom and sides).
