Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- coconut - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- shredded coconut - 1 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- Frosting:1 stick margarine, melted
How to make graham cracker cake:
Frosting:1 stick margarine, melted1 box confectioners sugar1 large can crushed pineapple, drained1 c. coconut Cream the margarine and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add milk and crackers alternately. Add baking powder and vanilla. Stir in coconut; mix well. Bake in 3 layers. Bake at 325° to 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.Frosting: Mix margarine and confectioners sugar. Stir in pineapple and coconut. Place on layers.
