  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 2/3 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • shredded coconut - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • box graham crackers - 1 item
  • Frosting:1 stick margarine, melted

How to make graham cracker cake:

Frosting:1 stick margarine, melted1 box confectioners sugar1 large can crushed pineapple, drained1 c. coconut Cream the margarine and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add milk and crackers alternately. Add baking powder and vanilla. Stir in coconut; mix well. Bake in 3 layers. Bake at 325° to 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.

Frosting: Mix margarine and confectioners sugar. Stir in pineapple and coconut. Place on layers.
