- Fold in the Cool Whip
- Press into 9 x 12-inch pan
How to make lemon delight:
Mix like pie crust. Press into 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.Filling:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 c. powdered sugar1 c. Cool Whip Cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Fold in the Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.Topping:2 pkg. instant lemon pudding3 c. milk Cool Whip Beat the pudding and milk until thick; spread over cream cheese mixture.
