- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pecans - 2 c
- box seedless raisins - 1 item
How to make graham cracker cake:
Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Mix with milk, baking powder, salt and vanilla, then add cracker crumbs. Roll raisins and pecans in small amount of flour. Add to cake mixture; mix well. Pour mixture into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
