- flour - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- mashed potatoes plain - 1 c
How to make gnocchi:
Mix the ingredients to form a ball. Roll the dough into 6-inch lengths. Press roll with finger to make small indentations. Cut into 1-inch pieces. Cook in boiling water until gnocchi comes to top, then boil for 1 more minute. Drain and serve with spaghetti sauce and cheese.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Pasta, rice and grains.
