  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • almond extract - 1/4 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice
  • lemon extract - 2 tsp

How to make glazed lemon bread:

Glaze:1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice2 Tbsp. sugar Combine dry ingredients; set aside. Stir together margarine, sugar, eggs and almond extract. Add flour mix and milk; mix with sugar mixture. Add lemon extract. Bake in 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan 55 to 60
