  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 3/4 c
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • bananas - 1 item
  • orange juice - 1/4 c
  • pineapple juice - 1/4 c
  • grapes - 1 item
  • canned pineapple - 1 item
  • canned mandarin oranges - 1 item
  • Fruit: apples
  • any other favorite fruit - 1 item

How to make glazed fruit:

Fruit: apples bananas grapes canned pineapple canned mandarin oranges any other favorite fruit Save juices from fruits for glaze. Cut fruits into bite size pieces and place in serving bowl (glass/crystal bowl looks especially pretty). Combine all ingredients for glaze in small saucepan. Bring to a boil over low to medium heat, stirring constantly. Glaze is complete when it becomes thick and bubbly. Allow glaze to cool slightly before spreading over fruit. Be sure to seal edges as this keeps fruit from browning.
