Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 3/4 c
- molasses - 4 Tbsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
How to make gingersnaps:
Stir all ingredients together in bowl. Make into balls like marbles. Dip into sugar. Put on greased pan and bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
