Giblet gravy
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 4 Tbsp
- self-rising flour - 3 Tbsp
- hot water - 2 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 6 oz
- boiled egg, chopped - 1 item
- chicken breast, 3 livers and 5 gizzards, chopped - 1 item
How to make giblet gravy:
In medium saucepan heat oil with soup and mixture of egg and chicken giblets. When this is simmering, mix water and flour using a whisk. Add this to pan. Stir well for 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and let boil for about 5 minutes or until thickens to your satisfaction.For a large crowd, double this recipe.
