German potato salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- red wine vinegar - 1 c
- Wesson oil - 2 c
- large onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- large pot cooked potatoes - 1 item
- heaping mustard - 1/4 c
How to make german potato salad:
Peel and cut potatoes when cool. Add onion, vinegar, oil and mustard. Toss for several minutes. Sprinkle salt across top liberally and mix well. Do not refrigerate! Keep on countertop in airtight containers. Always mix well again before serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Potato.
