Gazpacho
Gazpacho
Ingredients/Components
- cold tomato juice - 4 c
- small well minced onion - 1 item
- fresh diced tomatoes - 2 c
- minced green pepper - 1 c
- honey - 1 tsp
- clove crushed garlic - 1 item
- diced cucumber - 1 item
- scallions, chopped - 2 item
- juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 lime
- wine vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- each: tarragon and basil - 1 tsp
- dash of ground cumin - 1 item
- fresh chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make gazpacho:
