  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1 item
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 1 item
  • flour, divided - 3 4
  • dash of cinnamon - 1 item

How to make funnel cakes:

Beat eggs. Add sugar and milk. Add 2 cups flour, salt, baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon. Beat until smooth. Add remaining flour until mixture is thick to proper consistency to go through a funnel. Pour 1/2 cup of batter through a funnel into heated oil (375°). Fry on both sides. Remove from oil and do the remainder of batter using 1/2 cup or more batter as you wish to make desired size of cakes.
