Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla wafer crumbs
- pkg - 3 oz
- vanilla extract - 2 tsp
- chocolate chips - 2 c
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- unsweetened cocoa - 1/3 c
- margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
How to make fudge truffle cheesecake:
Chocolate Crumb Crust:1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs1/3 c. margarine, melted1/2 c. powdered sugar1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa Preheat oven to 300°. Prepare Chocolate Crumb Crust.In a large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk. Beat until smooth. Melt chocolate chips. Add to mixture slowly. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into prepared crust.
Chocolate Crumb Crust: In medium bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa and melted margarine. Then press firmly in bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
