  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • water - 1 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • unsifted flour - 2 c
  • firmly packed brown sugar
  • unsweetened cocoa - 1/2 c
  • margarine
  • can Eagle Brand condensed milk - 1 oz
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp

How to make chocolate sheet cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. In small saucepan, melt 1 cup margarine. Stir in cocoa, then water. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. In large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add cocoa mixture and beat well. Stir in 1/2 cup Eagle Brand milk, eggs and vanilla. Pour into greased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan and bake 15 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.

In small saucepan, melt remaining 1/4 cup margarine. Stir in remaining 1/4 cup cocoa and Eagle Brand. Stir in confectioners sugar and nuts. Spread on warm cake.
