Fudge brownies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- eggs - 8 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 5 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- cocoa
- confectioners sugar - 3 c
- chopped walnuts - 2 c
- unsweetened chocolate
- margarine
- soft margarine
How to make fudge brownies:
Icing:1/2 c. margarine1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate3 c. confectioners sugar5 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs. Combine flour, cocoa and salt; add to the cream mixture and mix well. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Spread in a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.Icing: Melt margarine and chocolate. Place in mixing bowl and add half of confectioners sugar. Mix. Add milk, vanilla and remaining sugar. Beat until smooth. Spread on warm brownies. Makes 3 dozen.
