  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • flour - 4 c
  • brown sugar - 2 c
  • butter - 1 c
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • shortening - 1 c
  • peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • oatmeal - 2 c
  • white sugar - 2 c
  • corn flakes - 2 c

How to make monster cookies:

Melt butter and shortening. Add sugars and mix well, then add remaining ingredients. Spoon onto cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350°.
