  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • chopped dates - 1 c
  • Rice Krispies - 1 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • stick oleo - 1 item

How to make skillet cookies:

Melt oleo; add sugar, eggs, nuts and dates. Cook 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add vanilla and Rice Krispies and stir. Shape into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
