Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon
- honey - 3/4 Tbsp
- applesauce - 1 can
- plus or minus applesauce - 1 can
- pears, drained
- whole berry sauce
- raspberry jelly or 16 oz - 4 Tbsp
How to make fruit leather:
Apple-Pear:1 can (16 oz.) pears, drained1 can (16 oz.) applesauce1 tsp. cinnamon Cranberry-Raspberry:1 can (16 oz.) whole berry sauce2 Tbsp. honey4 Tbsp. raspberry jelly or 16 oz. raspberry-cranberry sauce Line two 10 x 15-inch pans with plastic wrap. Secure with tape. Whirl fruit in blender or food processor until smooth. Using rubber spatula, spread puree over bottom of pans. Place in 150° oven. Dry 6 to 8 hours or until leather is firm and dry to touch. Remove from pan and roll up. Cover with plastic wrap. Store at room temperature for up to 1 month. Freeze up to 1 year.
