Ingredients/Components
- fresh or canned fruit, well drained - 1 item
- lemon juice or ascorbic acid for each qt - 1 Tbsp
How to make fruit leather:
Preheat oven to 140°. Prepare pan: turn baking sheet over, bottom up. Cover bottom with plastic wrap. Secure wrap to sheet by taping down edges with masking tape. (This prevents the edges of wrap pulling up while fruit is drying.) Prepare frRecipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Snacks.
