- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- nuts optional - 1 item
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- tsp salt - 1/2 item
- tsp vanilla - 1 item
- lg can fruit cocktail with juice - 1 item
- Icing:1 stick butter
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Stir all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.Icing:1 stick butter1 small can evaporated milk1 c. sugar1 tsp vanilla Cook over medium heat. When it starts to thicken set aside. When cake is done poke holes in top and pour icing over it.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
