- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- flour - 2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- nuts - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- canned milk - 3/4 c
- can fruit cocktail - 1 item
- Icing:1 stick oleo
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Icing:1 stick oleo3/4 c. sugar3/4 c. canned milk1 c. coconut1 c. nuts Mix first 6 ingredients and bake at 350° until done. Mix together rest of ingredients and bring to a boil (boil 1 minute). Add coconut. Pour over cake while hot.Icing: Bring to boil first 3 ingredients. Add coconut and nuts. Pour over hot cake.
