Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 c
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- soda - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- can fruit cocktail with juice - 1 item
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray
- margarine - 2/3 c
- Milnot - 1 c
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Mix all ingredients together. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Pour cake mixture into pan. Top with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. (Sprinkle mixture over cake.) Bake at 350°.Icing:1 1/2 c. sugar2/3 c. margarine1 c. Milnot Bring to full boil. Remove from heat and add 2 teaspoons vanilla. Pour over hot cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
