Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1/4 item
- flour tortillas - 10 item
- can fruit pie filling - 1 item
- cinnamon sprinkle on filling and on top after rolling if use apple pie filling - 1 item
How to make fruit cobbler:
Place pie filling in middle of tortillas. In a saucepan, cook (or heat until sugar melts) the sugar, water, oleo and vanilla. Roll tortillas with fruit and place, side by side, in casserole. Pour mixture over rolled tortillas. Cook, covered, at 350°, then uncovered for 30 minutes. (Total cooking time: 1 hour.)Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cobblers and crisps.
