  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 2 c
  • grated Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
  • frozen English peas - 1 pkg
  • head lettuce - 1 item

How to make frozen pea salad:

Line a large salad bowl with shredded lettuce. Add chopped onions and water chestnuts; add frozen peas. Mix sugar with mayonnaise. Spread over peas. Top with grated cheese. Keep refrigerated.
