Fried rice
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- chopped green onion - 1/4 c
- m - 1/4 tsp
- sherry - 2 Tbsp
- chicken stock - 1/4 c
- bacon, chopped - 1/4 c
- dash white pepper - 1 item
- cooked rice cold - 3 c
- wedge of lettuce, chopped - 1 item
- boiled country ham - 1/8 c
How to make fried rice:
Fry bacon in wok. Leave grease in wok and remove bacon. Add dry seasonings. Soft scramble egg. Add bacon, ham, sherry and stock. Next, add lettuce and onions and saute lightly. Add rice on top. Do not stir. Cover for 1 minute. Remove lid and stir. Serve.Recipe categories: Vegan, Pasta, rice and grains, Rice.
