- soy sauce to taste - 1 item
- to 4 eggs - 3 item
- ham or any cooked meat - 1 item
How to make fried rice:
Cook rice in 2 cups water until dry or cook ahead. In skillet, heat oil; saute onions and add meat. Cook about 2 minutes. Break eggs into onion mixture; let this cook a little, then scramble.
