- flour - 1 item
- cooking oil - 1 item
- honey - 1 item
- green tomatoes - 1 item
How to make fried green tomatoes:
Slice green tomatoes and lay on a plate; smear each slice with a layer of honey, then cover each slice well with flour. Lay these slices with covered side down in a well oiled pan. Treat other side same as first. Fry slowly until well browned, then turn over and brown other side.
