Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water
- Crisco - 2 Tbsp
- ears corn - 4 item
How to make fried corn:
After corn is cut from the ears, put in pot with Crisco, on medium heat, stirring to keep from sticking, for ten minutes. Add flour; cook for 10 minutes longer, then add water. Simmer and season to desired taste for 25 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Corn.
