  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • sliced strawberries or 20 oz - 3 c

How to make fresh strawberry bread:

Mix flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon in large bowl and put hole in middle. In small bowl, mix oil, eggs and strawberries. Pour into dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
