Fresh strawberry bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 3 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• beaten eggs - 3 item
• strawberries, chopped - 3 c

How to make fresh strawberry bread:

Sift together the dry ingredients. Mix well. Add eggs and oil; mix well. Add strawberries and nuts and mix again. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
