Fresh strawberry pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
• cold water
• box strawberry Jell-O - 1 oz
• fresh strawberries, sliced - 1 qt
• 9-inch baked pie shell or graham cracker shell - 1 item

How to make fresh strawberry pie:

Mix together water, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Cool until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in jello. Cool 3 minutes. Add berries to mixture and stir. Pour into pie shell. Chill. Top with whipped cream.
