- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- coconut - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- cooking oil
- pears, peeled and chopped finely - 3 item
How to make fresh pear cake:
Combine sugar, oil and eggs; beat well by hand for 1 minute. Sift flour, salt and spices together; fold into egg mixture. Add vanilla. Fold in pears, pecans and coconut. Bake in well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes atRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
